Hello Everyone,We have recently installed this software and it is working wonderfully well.I need some help for setting up the new ticket. Is there any way to generate ticket for the multiple email addresses. So whenever I create a new ticket then I can put multiple email addresses. Please suggest and thanks in advance.

You cannot do this at ticket open at this time via the UI.You can send an email to the ticket system and CC people (which will open a ticket and add the CCs as collaborators).Once you have opened a ticket you can add as many collaborators to a ticket.  And then all future emails will be sent to all collaborators and the ticket owner.

Ohh, thanks for this information and is there any possibility that it can be created for us only because I am ready to pay the charges if there are any.Also, I have configured the mailbox as IMAP in this system but whenever the ticket is created then my mailbox mails got read automatically. It would be good if you could provide us the solution for this. Thank you so much for your help.
