@[deleted]Something is definitely messed up here because it's saying that `$this` (which is the User object in this case) is empty. This means the User either doesn't exist or it's completely corrupt somehow.How was the User created?How did they access the system?Are they an LDAP User or normal User?Do you see any errors in your Apache/PHP error logs?Once we get this information we can better look into the issue.Cheers.

I remember seeing this behaviour before, I believe the cause in our case was that osTicket tried to insert the email but the email was already present in the table so the unique constraint triggers.I think i had a user that should generate this problem aswell, I'll see if i can find it.

Ok yea i've confirmed this behaviour, it happens when the user doesn't have a default email, to replicate go to %prefix%_user in your database and set default_email_id to 0 and then try to update the email from the users profile, something similar happens when you try to set the email in the agent panel, most likely same reason.https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/blob/1e6d0df51e2990b4ffe5c692a062fabe0add098c/include/class.user.php#L516We're using ldap and get tickets from emails which I know have created a frustration to this topic as they send an email first generating a guest account and then login creating a seperate account using ldap that doesn't get an email because it's already used by the guest account.

Hi, When I try to click user and agent account, it goes to the blank page in OsTicketv1.18.1. The PHP version is 8.1.24.
