Hi All,We did a new installation with the latest version v 1.10.1 and we wanted to start from scratch. My question is simple we also had an application on another server version V1.9.14 is there a way where we could import the data from that version to the new installation with the latest version? The old version is schedule to be removed.Denis
You would take a db back up of the old site.You would take a db back up of the new site.Then you would restore the old DB on the new site.When you log in osTicket will run the upgrader.Assuming that there are no problems upgrading you will have all your old information in the new site.
The restoring of the old database with the new database will even if they are not the same version? Old database 9.14 new database 1.10?

Can we install fresh V1.11 and we had Old database Backup of Osticket V1.10
after fresh install of V.1.11 can we use the load the OLD Database and use it.
