Is there a way to send a email to a team when a ticket arrives form them?I've ticket filters etc with no success.Is there a setting?Thanks in advance for help.
I don't use Teams but if you can it would be at:Admin panel -> Setting -> Tickets -> Alerts and Notices -> New Ticket Alert.
