On the main ticket page, when you click on the link for an individual ticket, the page displays information about that specific ticket. At the bottom of the page are a series of tabs--"Post Reply", "Post Internal Note", "Department Transfer", and "Assign Ticket". When the "Assign Ticket" tab is opened, a dropdown/select list appears where the user can select an agent or team member to assign the ticket to. Well what I need to do, is to use this select list, on the main tickets page. I need to create a button called "Assign Tickets" next to the "Change Status" button, and when the "Assign Tickets" button is clicked, a popup displays, with that assign ticket dropdown/select list that appears in the specific ticket number page as a tab.
