On the main ticket page, when you click on the link for an individual ticket, the page displays information about that specific ticket. At the bottom of the page are a series of tabs--"Post Reply", "Post Internal Note", "Department Transfer", and "Assign Ticket".  When the "Assign Ticket" tab is opened, a dropdown/select list appears where the user can select an agent or team member to assign the ticket to.  Well what I need to do, is to use this select list, on the main tickets page.  I need to create a button called "Assign Tickets" next to the "Change Status" button, and when the "Assign Tickets" button is clicked, a popup displays, with that assign ticket dropdown/select list that appears in the specific ticket number page as a tab.  How can I do this? Thanks in advance, Chris Mazzochi

Why wouldn't you just Click the Assign button at the top of every page (and scrolls with the page as you scroll down)?

@[deleted]: I'm not sure I understand your question.

assign button at top of ticket list and tickets:blankassign button that scrolls when the top goes off the page:blankWhy not just use the one that already exists?

@[deleted] my version didn't have that icon.  Where do I find that in the code base to enable it?

Here is what my version looks like.  I don't see those icons you are pointing to.

This is a standard feature you do not have to do anything in the core files to enable it.Looks like your account doesn't have permissions.  Check your accounts access permissions.

This does not look like the most current version of osTicket. There's no Sort button for sorting options either and my 1.10.1 shows ticket count on the bottom right, not above the queue.@[deleted] what version are you running?

What would my shop have to do to upgrade to the current version of OS Ticket?
