Hello I am Using os-ticket version v1.9.14 and wanted to customize the ticket list that is displayed.I want to display the Help Topic and a Custom field column column in the ticket list instead of the Priority and Assigned to column.I have searched this in previous threads but the customization is done on the version 1.10. and the code in tickets.inc.php differ a lot in both the versions.So can any one would help me with my version for the same?
In 1.9 or 1.10Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details.
