Hello!I would like to know if it is possible an agent to open new ticket with the auto pre-select with the agent profile instead of manually selecting the user. This is including for exemplo (name, e-mail address, department, ticket source, assign to). If happen to open in someone else's name, just click "Change" to change the user.PS: My OSTicket system is configured to work with Active Directory.blank

osTicket does not have an "auto pre-select" so I dont think that you would be able to open a ticket using something that does not exist.However at this screen you could hit esc and by pass the lookup or create step.  Then you would have to manually add that email and name in those fields. (maybe you could have the browser store them)
