Hi,I have a problem with user related ticket. Scenario:1. Admin Login2. Go to Tickets -> Open Tickets3. Choose one of the ticket4. Click on the related ticket number (eg. User : jane(2))5. The page directs me to osticket/scp/tickets.php?a=search&status=open&uid=15395 and shows 2 tickets (as expected)7. I click Open Ticket (from submenu)8. I repeat step 3 and 4Next to the step 5, instead of showing user's related ticket, it shows me all the ticket. Unless, I log out first and then log in.Any help?
