Yes, but it will break all the relations and the details or who opened what, emails, etc.You would export the ticket_ tables in your databse and import them into a fresh database.Don't expect this to be painless since I have expect that it will cause all sorts of display issues and php issues when someone tries to view on of the tickets and half the data isn't there.
