i'm with OST v1.9.15Once agent login, click "Tickets" on the top panel, he can see a table of all tickets, grouped by Open, My Tickets, Overdue, Closed etc.This ticket table contain below columns:1 Ticket No2 Date3 Subject4 From5 Priority6 Assigned ToHas anyone got any experience or ideas how to replace the column "Subject" with "Help Topic" in this ticket table?
