Hi all,it is possible for me to add more / add additional ticket status.? by default, we have OPEN / NEW / CLOSED / OVERDUE / but can I add more.?example: ON GOING or IN PROGRESSI want to add this ticket status to avoid overdue remarks on ticket.

Yes.  Go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Ticket Statuses
