Dear all,i am using osTicket v1.10 together with an imap mailbox. A webcron fetches emails from the mailbox and osticket processes those accordingly. From time to time i receive e-mails that are clearly no support requests. I would like to filter those out. My idea was to let osticket fetch the e-mails from a specific imap folder. That way i could seperate support requests from non-support request e-mails.Is it possible to let osticket fetch e-mails from a specific imap folder (ex.: INBOX\Support)?Thanks,regards,mdawid
