Hi, I sometimes need to send information that shouldn't be emailed (emails are not secure enough for sending passwords etc.). OsTicket emails my answer to tickets - can it instead send a link to the answer, that can be viewed after the person has logged in?

Thanks for your help and let me once again apologize for my very late reply.

Just want to say that I found a solution. You simply need to edit the response email template so it doesn't include the response. It will then post the message in the system, but it will not include the message in the email that is being sent.
