Hi! I'm trying to modify the size of the fonts inside the PDF, using "ticket-print.tmpl" file.But, I can see changes only in the "Ticket Detail" field.How can I reduce the font of the content and notes?Thanks.OSTicket installed as a Synology App. No problems there.

It works, thanks! But I can't modify the fonts size for the notes / internal notes and the replies inside the Ticket.There are other files that control this?!
