Hello, I am writing this post after searching a bit but couldn't find the solution.I am facing issues in my ticket thread. I have disabled all email alerts. But every 3 hours, there is a log in ticket thread for overdue tickets. like this below.I dont want it to be created every 3 hour. It should be once a day atleast.
