Hi,I'm using osTicket version 1.8.1.2 and have a thousand tickets inside the system,But I have a problem for every closed ticket.How can I disable reopen function, after ticket have been closed by the admin/supportMeans, user cannot reopen the previous ticket when the case is closed.If can do that, how can I setting this function or any plugin/script to do that..thank you

I do not believe that the 1.8 version supports this feature.  I am pretty sure that it was added in 1.9.  So in short you would have to upgrade, or figure out how to code the feature yourself.
