Can anyone tell me what the little icons stand for that are next to the ticket #s on the Tickets page?  They are small pictures of a page with either a blue W or an orange @ symbol in the corner.(see below)

I am looking for this too, and this page comes up on every search. The link it refers to is dead, so this is a dead end. I am bumping this comment to get a current answer.
