Greetz everybodyI've introduced osTicket to our company and is now looking for an agent-theme that allows me to show issues in a column-based view like the kanban model (often used in development processes..)    The point is, that the management finds, that the kanban view gives a better overview of the issues at hand..Has anyone seen something like this anywhere??I have considered an integration towards Trello or similar system, 

I am not aware of any kanban theme for osTicket.I do not even know of any requests for one other than this one.

I would have the same request. Is there any way, to connect osTicket to an existing Kanban solution or to create some sort of a plugin, which adds that feature?

It's been 4 years since this thread was opened, and I still have never heard of "kanban" or a theme for osTicket for it, or seen another thread other than this one about it.

Still it would be cool if something like this would be implemented.
I've found something to copy tasks from osTicket into Kanboard, via API, but something fully implemented into osTicket would be much nicer. I think I wouldn't be the only one who would have use for that.

Two posts in three years about it would seem to indicate otherwise.

Regardless this is open source so you are always welcome to develop it yourself and submit it in a pull request.
