Hi All,We require the ticket details in the CSV Export.I understand that it is the first 'message' in the thread. Also, it being in HTML poses some issues.Anyone has had success adding the ticket description to the Export CSV file ?Any way to just pick the plan text and ignore the HTML tags ?

I've actually found a work around. The issue summary can be changed to a text area and we can record a longer text in this.As this appears in the CSV extract this would do as well.

This thread is from 2016 and is 3 years old. I highly doubt that the original poster is going to reply after all this time. Also their work around it in their reply to their first post.
