Is there a way ? I can turn on/off many notifications from Admin Panel -> Settings -> Allerts and Notifications. I would liek to add new allert that will sent emails to staff, when ticket is about go go expire on time. For example a day before. Can i do it from admins panel ? The other way around would be to modify existing notification about ticket overdue, but how ?

This does not appear to be a Suggestion or Feedback.  Moving to Mods and Customizations.There is no way to currently do this in the UI.You could write a script that accesses the database and sends an email out based on those criteria, and have it run via cron/task scheduler nightly or every hour, etc.
