Hello. I would like to know if is expected new builds of the language packs, as in Crowdin some are more advanced on translation (I think over there we already have V1.10) and I'm contributing for PT version. I'm focusing on client side first so the clients can see all the options in Portuguese. If some one could rebuild them using the latest translations would be great, or if we have an option to build the .phar file from those customs files.Thank you for the great work on these new version!

I really hope we can add a custom English language pack, to allow administrators to tailor their osTicket environment to their purpose.For example, I don't have staff, I have volunteers.  I don't have tickets, I have requests.  I don't have customers, I have applicants.  You get the idea.I've made this work so far by adding a custom language based on the en_GB translation, and search/replacing things in there.I'd like to be able to add it as us_EN, replacing osTicket terminology with my own.
