Hi,is it possible to tell a ticket it should close automatically after a certain time/days etc.?

This is not a feature of osTicket at this time.

This post is from 2016. Is it possible now?
My needs:

  • After a ticket is set to Resolved, wait a period (i.e. 2-3 weeks) and, if Status is still Resolved then Close it.
  • After a ticket is set to Answered, wait a period (i.e. 2-3 weeks) and, if still Answered then send again an email to the Requester.
