Hi guys. How to make forms have a extension question based on answers?Example:Have you been to Russia?Yes NoBut when they click ''yes'', another question will appear How many times?OnceTwiceMore than twiceI hope you can help me. Thank you!!

Unless something has changed since I last looked, the only way that you can do something lke this is to use Help Topic. Then it would include the additional form (with questions) based on their answer.
