It's really awesome, but I have one problem. I choose another language instead of English, it doesn't load anymore. Maybe someone has some suggestions?

Sorry for long response. Still can't get it working with Lithuania language. I've checked for errors and I do get one, print screen below.With English, it's working fine.this fault only occurs in customer portal.

I've managed fix my problem by deleting <script type="text/javascript" src="<?php echo ROOT_PATH; ?>js/jquery.min.js"></script>

Sir,
Iam using OS Ticket with version 1.10. I had followed the procedures of
changing my help topic combo box for tree structure view.My problem is
that his tree structure doesn't display (+ or -) images while selecting
inside the help topic combo box.
The png files(combo_arrow.png,tree_icons.png) is been saved in /osticket/image
Please help me
