My configuration is:osTicket Versionv1.8.12Server SoftwareApache/2.2.15 (CentOS)PHP Version5.3.3MySQL Version5.1.73
My problem is:
1.8.12 is ancient.Are you running cron.php?
I've upgrate to 1.8.12 because the versión 1.9.X is problem for me. I don't know if I have running cron.php.I've seen in the logs and I can see:Jun 22 14 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)Jun 22 14 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)Jun 22 14 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)Jun 22 14 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)Jun 22 14 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)Jun 22 14 osticket crond: (CRON) INFO (Shutting down)Jun 22 14 osticket crond: (CRON) STARTUP (1.4.4)Jun 22 14 osticket crond: (CRON) INFO (RANDOM_DELAY will be scaled with factor 54% if used.)Jun 22 14 osticket crond: (CRON) INFO (running with inotify support)Jun 22 15 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)Jun 22 15 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (run-parts /etc/cron.hourly)Jun 22 15 osticket run-parts(/etc/cron.hourly): starting 0anacronJun 22 15 osticket run-parts(/etc/cron.hourly): finished 0anacronJun 22 15 osticket run-parts(/etc/cron.hourly): starting mcelog.cronJun 22 15 osticket run-parts(/etc/cron.hourly): finished mcelog.cronJun 22 15 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)Jun 22 15 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)Jun 22 15 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)Jun 22 15 osticket CROND: (root) CMD (/usr/lib64/sa/sa1 1 1)is this correctly?
Here are instructions for setting up cron.http://osticket.com/wiki/POP3/IMAP_Setting_Guide
ntozier, thanks for your help.I've seen this. I'm unable to work properly the dashboard. I don't know that relation has the dashboard with cron.php
My understanding is that cron runs tasks in the back ground that update things.
I've upgrade to 1.9.14 and I have the same problem.
Are you running cron.php?Does your Agent account have Can View Agent Stats permission? (check their group settings)
I check it. It's correct.
your five word answer is to which question, both?
Yes, I've check that my users have permission to view agent stats.
So then please explore and answer the other question.
I can see the statistics to the moment that I've upgrade today. I'm analyzing the table "ost_ticket_event". I think the dashboard query that table.
ntozier, You try to explain to me that there are several tasks on the server refresh the dashboard. Is this correctly?
I watched that cron is running.
ntozier, I watched this. I don't know if this remains unchanged.
Ever figure this one out? Working on 1.10 and I noticed as well that "Up to today" doesn't seem to count "today" it seems to only count yesterday. Probably a greater than sign wrong somewhere? I'm going to dig a little today.... I really want to be able to see "what people did today" on those statistics and you can't.
chazman113, you have discovered something?
