Hi,    sorry for my poor english, i have two admin users, one user can reassign all tickets, but another admin user can't reassign other user's tickets, both users have seperate group access, how can i give reassign access to all admin users, is any settings available? or need to work in code? please suggest me

whether or not you can assign tickets has nothing to do with if the user is an admin.Check their group permissions.
