Heya,Build: v1.9.12Is there a way that I can have a ticket submission that hides the email from everyone except the person that submits the ticket? (so they still get a ticket number issued and see replies)Why I want this feature is so people can submit anonymous complaint ticket but still see replies but the agent doesnt know whom they are talking to. Does that make sense? =)I still would like regular ticket submissions as well though just to make it more confusing =)

My thought was that it emails the ticket# to the submitter and then they can check their ticket status online no?Oh well was worth a shot =P 

Then they wouldn't be anonymous?
