Hello all,I am new to osTicket and the forum, I have deployed a new instance of osTicket to my website and it's seems to be working great so far. I only need to do couple of things.I need to customize the messages that get sent to end users such as the one that gets sent you first add a user to the system, etc.I would like to customize the colors of the user portal page so that I can match it to my website.is there any documentation  or links that I could use to get information on how to do this?Thanks in advanceMJ
