Hi,I want to use osTicket ONLY as an autoresponde system. I thought that should easily possible with a ticketing system. I tried some hours without success. :-(Isn't it possible to filter emails by subject, sender and/or text-content??? I can't find that in the email filters???I have 3-4 different autorespond messages and just want to send that back to my customers, depending from what they want. How to do that???
