I'm not sure why you think that anyone here would be able to tell you the answer than that other than the owners of the site.  They appear to have a custom theme, and are using a language pack.  You should ask the site.

They have a custom theme and a language pack (or custom translation) so no.

I can tel you for sure its either a custom version 1.6 or 1.7 total custom.Waste of time to pursue them for any information on it honestly.
