Hello,I am apart of the osTicket staff and we should be releasing 1.10 sometime before the end of this month (hopefully). They've been working really hard on adding a lot of cool things and fixing bugs. :)

While commits have slowed down, it is still being worked on.

Really interesting! :)
And great to see some new faces on the osTicket team (at least for me it's new) ;)
Cheers!
Michael
Ya commits have been really slow lately but the product is great.. I will be happy when we have a stable version 10 even if it takes longer.
Thank you for your hard work!
First let me say that I love the product, and do use it, but have been a bit more causes with it lately. I haven't seen anything mentioned on the forums, but would like to inquire. Can we assume that the issues addressed in the Seclist.org page "osTicket multiple vulnerabilities" are going to be addressed in the next release of OSTicket?http://seclists.org/fulldisclosure/2016/Feb/34
Looking forward to 1.10!!!It'll make an already excellent product even better!!!
I hear that there should be a new 1.10rc very soon.
I've heard / seen speculation that a new 1.10rc would be out 'around the end of the month' and have been checking back periodically here to see if the new version has hit yet. I hadn't seen anything so I thought that I'd check in to make certain that I didn't miss anything.
http://seclists.org/fulldisclosure/2016/Feb/34This is worrying, I had not seen this before...A.
1.9.13 is out at github...I wonder why it was not announced here.
@[deleted]01 where is the 1.9.13 version of osTicket on GitHub?
https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/releases/tag/v1.9.13
(Normally 2-3 days after Github it's also published here. I think they want to "test" it first with less users.)
1.9.13 is not out until its announced here and available at osticket.com/download
I think New update has been running out ,
I think that you are entitled to your opinion.
What is this, 4 missed unofficial release dates? Read the writing on the wall - the next version, if it ever comes out, is likely still *months* away.Anyway we're moving on - honestly should have moved on 3-4 months ago after it became obvious nothing was going to happen till the stars align ;) Good luck to those of you who stick with it. Hope you don't get hacked!Flame me if you want, you know the truth and it doesn't hurt me.
"What is this, 4 missed unofficial release dates?"What four would those be?
Hi!Could be that my osticket installation 1.9.12 was attacked. Our server administrator thinks that an osticket vulnerability enabled to send spam mails via our mail server. Can be that we have to change the system therefore... It's a very good system but we have to have a fix for this: http://seclists.org/fulldisclosure/2016/Feb/34Any news?Kind regardsAlex
Still no updates... Does anyone have an ETA on any updates / feature additions? This is a great product, but new features would be cool.Rgds
