At first, sry for my english. Everytime i try to create a new Ticket and then i will create a New User i recive this Error message:

Have you checked your php log for errors?
How exactly do you create a user or a ticket?
A detailed step by step info would be helpful for troubleshooting.
Must Check full log file there must be error , otherwise this problem couldn't persist,so please check log and remove errors,Thanks , :)>
