I'm not aware of such a document.But you can see what security related issues have been fixed in what version by taking a look at the release notes over at github for each released version: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/releases

1. All of those reports are from ancient versions.Hell 4+ are over three years old. 1 and 2 were posted about versions that were old when they were posted.2. You would have to check the release notes for the releases.
