Hi couple of questions. Is there a way to select the default 'sort' function? Every time I close out the tab it changes back to the top option which isn't the one we'd like. Also the ticket organisation seems to of got messed up. Before, new tickets were going at the top of page 2. Now 1 or two seem to go to page 1, and then page 2? Is there away to make the latest tickets be at the top of page 1? That would seem to make sense.Pete
