Hello, I'm new,there is a way to filter the email fetching when creating new tickets?Let me explain,I have a mail address used by me and other collegues, if I configure the email fetching now the system will Import all email as new tickets, isn't it?Is there a way to say to use only email with this text for example?thanks for your help

Well you haven't told us what version you are running.You could setup Mail Filters in osTicket to search on specific text, and reject tickets with out it.(such as "new Ticket" in the subject)Generally speaking you are correct that osTicket will collect all email in the root mail box.  If you don't want it to collect the emails you could move them to a sub folder.Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting guidelines located in this thread: Please read before requesting assistance.  The more information you give us the better we will be able to assist you.
