I love the Collaborators feature in the ticket management. It's a great way of adding people in. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but is there a way for a user to do this when creating a ticket? Just some of our sites would like multiple people involved in tickets. If it helps, we're using the RC of 10 at the mo. Pete
