Hi,This is my config:Osticket : 1.9.12Distributor ID:    UbuntuDescription:    Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTSRelease:    14.04Codename:    trustyPHP: 5.5.9Mysql: 5.5.44When I set a maximum number of open ticket, if someone open a ticket when the maximum is reached, the support is sent an error:Excessive errors processing emails for "email info". Please manually check the inbox.And nothing is sent to the user.Whereas :Overlimit Notice is checked for ticket submitterMessage is configuredI don't know where I'm wrong.Many thanks by advance for your help.
