1) Auto close open tickets - For example if ticket has been open 72 hours with no reply the ticket closes and client and admin are notified.
2) Follow-up survey - More and more help desk systems seem to be rating tech to improve service.

This thread is 11 years old… we do not have a rating system nor do we have auto-close functionality. You can use an external tool like survey monkey for surveys.
