@[deleted] sorry for the delay but my MultiLDAP plugin my focus since its something that we use live in our environment it took precedent, one really annoying bug was fixed this weekend.I will be working on this since now that we us osticket on a much larger scale its now on my list. Give me a few days when I stopped development it was actually pretty much done.All I need is cross a few I's and T's

Will you make it possible to send to the Client as well, notifying them that we have closed their ticket? Definitely interested in this plugin.
