hello, anybody knows why or how i can know why my osticket installation is having his intenral server error just suddenly after it was working fine for ages!!! it happens only if user tried to attach a file with the ticketplease help where or how to to know or to solve

nginx is not a supported web server for osTicket.You would want to consult your webserver error logs and php error logs to try to identify the cause.

but i don't use the nginx!!! it is apache and mysql, don't know how this nginx is coming up when attachment is used in filling the osticket create ticket form

I've never seen an Apache server say its an nginx server in an error message... so I would bet that your not actually running Apache and are in fact running nginx.
