Hi I would like to know if it is possible to create tickets in bundle for an organization. We're a IT service company and have support/assistance contracts where we would like to set up ie 10 tickets  in one go we will name these for example ASSISTANCE #{ticket number} {company}So that when our technicians go to assist the client, he fills one of these tickets out and closes them, this would allow us to track what we've done and the client will automatically know how many tickets he has left...Is this feasible ? 

There is really no means to so this in the UI at this time.  I suppose that you could just open ten tickets in a row...You would want to shut off SLA or you would get over due notices.Also you would end up with a varying number of open tickets that would skew the how long tickets were open, etc.
