How to make assigned Priority level from Help Topic setup in Admin Panel be selected upon opening a new ticket?

Currently using osTicket (v1.8.1.2) 

Never used 1.8.x in productive environment, so I guess maybe @[deleted] can help.All I can advise is to upgrade to the latest version (1.9.11) since there have been a lot of features added and bug fixed etc. since 1.8.1.2 ;)Regarding an upgrade you might want to take a look at the following discussion:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//resolved-upgrade-to-latest-release#latest
