Cant find where the email field is located for client information on "open new ticket".  I want to change that field from open text to drop down box because we have a lot of users submit tickets that don't know the email address.

Ok.  That's not what I am wanting to do.  We need the email field to not be a text field but a drop down box of populated email addresses.  We are having a lot of issues with bogus email address that go nowhere.

That doesn't sound like a very scalable 'solution'.Why not use accounts?  Then people don't have to enter their email address.
