Hi,

I have installed Version 1.10 (Beta) and noticed that the time somehow is not showing correct.

The server has the correct time and a also the thread is saved with the correct time stamp in the database. But it seems that in the ticket view it is adding one hour. I assume that has to do with the summer / winter time?

The server is located in Germany and I am accessing from China. Is it possible anywhere to set summer or winter time? Or any idea what could be the reason?

1.10-RC1 is a release candidate and can contain bugs / issues.I'd suggest to report these over at github: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issuesPS: We also experienced the same issue (Server located in Germany too).

a month later

Is it actually still possible to activate the Daylight Saving in v1.10 RC2?I did not find any settings. Therefor the time is still one hour off. PHP Timezone is set correctly and by using "date" on the server it is showing the correct time.

My understanding is that the daylight saving will be considered automatically by the class.timezone.php. So there is no need to configure. But there seems to be a problem with php 5.6 and osticket v.1.10.Is the time one hour ahead? Do you use php 5.6?

Yeah, it is one hour ahead. Same issue as the others. I am using PHP Version 5.5.27-1~dotdeb+7.1I already posted it here: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/2440Hopefully there will be a fix soon. I can also check if I find out anything.
