Hey people when a user's search nutz ticket, you can set it up that he is also looking ticket numbers? that seems currently not to go, but ticket only on the subject or contentblank

I'd suggest to open an issue over at github for this.I guess it's either not implemented at all (e.g. for security reasons) or it's a bug and shall actually work to search for ticket numbers in the end user portal.https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues
