Hello,I have just started the osTicket system and came accross an issue with the spams. My submit form is from a CMS (Magento) which sends an email to our internal Customer Support email address. osTicket then fetch this email. Now, I have a lot of spam on this form (no Captcha implemented on purpose). Spam cause 2 problems :- they create an unwanted ticket- as they use an invalid email address, they as well create a second ticket with the Mail Delivery Failure notice I used Tickets filters for the second issue, but then I thought of a feature that could not only get rid of the spams but as well of the wrong inputs.Would it be possible to use those Mail Delivery Failure notice to delete the ticket associated with this email? That way, we also prevent agents to answer on a ticket that would be with a wrong email address. Thanks

I can't think of a way to do that currently.  But the next version of osTicket will offer some new email validation routines that may assist you with this problem.

thanks for the answer, are you talking about an osTicket 2.0 or a minor update?

I'm referring to 1.10 (the next version of osTicket)
