Hi,The email layout which is sent out of for the ticket owner is in correct format. But when the same email is sent to collaborator it shows like a block of junk text. Here is an example of how this is looking like:Ticket owner email layout:+++++Hi, Thanks for your ticket. We will get this done in another couple of hours.Best regards,-Agent D+++++The same email when goes to a collaborator then that layout is+++++Hi, Thanks for your ticket. We will get this done in another couple of hours. Best regards, -Agent D+++++Everything is in single line. Is it possible to have similar layout for both owner and Collaborator? Please let me know, how I can fix this issue. I have turned off the HTML email, we are using plain text for email layout. My installed version is 1.9.x (latest)Best regards,-Ram

Stupid question, but how do the emails look when you switch collaborator and ticket owner?(So that the collaborator is then the ticket owner and the ticket owner is the collaborator)Just want to make sure that the problem is really how the emails for the collaborators are processed and not a local / client problem of the collaborator.

Hi Chefkeks,Thanks for the reply. My explanation did not convey the issue I guess. Let me try this way:Ticket detail page:In Post Reply Tab, the first two fields areTo: Collaborators:I add my comments in "Response:" field and hit "Post Reply". Once that is done the system sends out email for email address mentioned in "To" and to emails address of the collaborators. The email is looking good for "To" (Email of the submitter) and when the same email is sent to Collaborators: which is not looking good.Hope this explains the problem. Best regards,-Ram

Hi,I found similar issue reported by another member:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//new-ticket-alert-not-formatting-correctly-in-outlook#latestBest regards,-Ram

Looks like a potential bug, so I will point the developers to that thread and also test it myself to see how our osTicket behaves.

Hi Chefkeks,Thanks for replying. Looking forward to getting an response from you and your team.Best regards,-Ram
