Hello,if I would not allow to customers to open tickets, but just check them, is there a way? Or I only have to hide the menu "Open ticket"?My idea is to allow only to staff to open a ticket, but allow to customers to check them and update them.Thanks

You would need to edit the core files to change this functionality.the nav (/include/class.nav.php) and the index page (/index.php).
