HiI have a fresh installation of v1.9.7. I would like to add a custom field to the 'ticket details' information area of the ticket. I have tried to do this by creating a new form field within the existing 'ticket details' form, but it does not show up. I have also tried to create a new form with the single custom field I need, but this does not show up above or below the 'ticket details' area in the ticket either. Why am I able to setup these customisations, but unable to have them be displayed at the top of a ticket?

I haven't really tried to do this after the fact (on preexisting tickets) but....I would create a list.Then add the list to the Ticket Details.After that editing the ticket should present you with the list.If its a separate form, you can add it by clicking on More, Manage Forms, and adding it.  Then editing the ticket will also show you the option to populate the field.
