Hello,I edited the Contact Information form (the default form that comes with osTicket) to include a new value (Client ID Number) that is required in my support requests.Here you can see I added the field "No. de Cliente" to my Contact Details form:Here you can see that the custom field does show up in the Contact Information form:But I cannot get it to show in the Ticket Details page in the Agent panel. It should be shown somewhere, but I cannot get it to show up:Is there any way to do what I´m trying to do?Thanks!
To see the field you need to click on the name of the user ;)To show it directly in the ticket details page, you'll have to alter the source code.
@Chefkeks , awesome thanks! Can't believe I couldn't find it.I'll see if I can find a way to alter the source, I would like to have this shown to the agents right under the name if possible. I have no idea where to start looking though. Could you give me some pointers?Thanks again!
